Don't Say "Sorry" Say "Thank You"

November 2, 2016

I received this gem and felt that it was something I needed to share. So many of us are caught up in apologizing for things we don't WANT to be apologizing for! We say sorry almost automatically, when that's not what we want to be saying, and when we actually feel no remorse. Artist Yao Xiao poignantly depicts in cartoon form that we often want to be saying "thank you" instead.

Therapy can be meaningful  to help explore issues related to self-esteem in order to gain a stronger sense of confidence, worth and personal fulfillment.

A few of cartoons have been included for your reference and you can find a link to the full article here.
